1 General Terms & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bdt881 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Player is subject to a self-exclusion order on bdt881 or any affiliated platform.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). bdt881 will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance, beginning from the 13th month of inactivity. The balance will not be reduced below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

Voluntary Closure

8 Limitation of Liability
